Coppa alla vaniglia - DUKAN

Altra ricetta PROTAL, questa volta dolce.
Assomiglia alla panna cotta, ovviamente magra!

Ingredienti:
400 ml  di latte scremato
6 grammi di gelatina in fogli
2 cucchiai di dolcificante in polvere (20 gocce se liquido)
aroma vaniglia


Preparazione:
Porre la gelatina in una ciotola con dell'acqua fredda.
Mettere il latte sul fuoco e portarlo a semibollore.
Strizzare la gelatina ed unirla al latte. Fare sciogliere bene. Unire il dolcificante e l'aroma vaniglia.
Versare in coppe e, una volta raffreddate, riporre in frigorifero per almeno 2 ore.
