Crema pasticcera GLUTEN FREE

 

Di creme pasticcere ce ne sono molte in rete, questa è la mia, GLUTEN FREE.

Ingredienti:
250 gr di zucchero
60 gr. di  farina di riso

40 gr. di maizena



4 tuorli
scorze di limone non trattato
750 ml di latte

Preparazione:
Mettere in una pentola la farina di riso setacciata insieme alla maizena, lo zucchero e i tuorli e farli amalgamare bene



 
 


mettere il latte sul fuoco con le bucce di limone.
Aggiungere a filo il latte portato ad ebollizione al composto e continuare a mescolare.
Rimettere il composto sul fuoco per ottenere una crema più consistente (3-4 minuti).

Passare la crema con un colino per eliminare eventuali grumi.
Trasferire il composto, in un barattolo e riporre in frigorifero, una volta freddo.
